  18. Is it possible to make calls to IKSD from another Windows application
  19. running on the same PC that the IKSD service is running on.  I can't
  20. find anything in the docs that say this is possible, but it seems like
  21. it should be if it is truly running as a service.  It would be nice to
  22. be able to invoke a Kermit transaction (Send File, Receive File,
  23. Remote Directory) using Visual C++.
  24. Sure, you can always port over the Kermit engine code into the
  25. application, but calling the service seems to be a more elegant
  26. solution.
